The Rascals formed in 2001. We have quite an interesting history. We have had over 30 troupe members since then. We started with three people and have had teams sized between 4 to 12 at any given time. Read more of our history.
We have committed ourselves to CLEAN comedy. That means we guide our shows free of innuendos, profanity, nudity, or harmful stereotypes. We work hard to ensure that each and every show is a safe environment for our audiences.
On occasion, the Rascals perform "Dark Rascals (Uncensored)" shows. During these shows, we are joined by other improvisers who may not have the same commitment to keeping it clean. We have found these partnerships important for strengthening our bonds/friendships within the improv community in Winnipeg.
